    We are a well-established local printing and mailing company based in Amarillo, Texas. We are seeking a goal-oriented team player to strengthen our sales force, solidify our relationships in the community, and promote our services in Amarillo and beyond.

    Panhandle Presort Services, Ltd. (“PPS”) maintains a skilled crew specialized in areas of project management, customer service, design, print and mail. Each department works closely with others to meet deadlines and create quality products for our customers.

    PPS is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who enjoys developing relationships with current and potential clients. We’re looking for a strong candidate who can help our company raise the bar and take our business to the next level through our expertise in design, print, and mail. The candidate will work closely with the design department, bringing them in as consultants and working together to create quotes and complete projects.

    A successful candidate will expand the services provided to current clients, prospect for, present to, and close new clients in both current markets and new markets. PPS is seeking to service customers at the local, state, and national levels.

    The Outside Sales Rep will be expected to address customer needs and respond quickly and professionally, whether they have a request, a complaint, a referral, or any other business-related need. PPS sets itself apart from its competitors through speed and integrity of response. The rep must have a good grasp of all products sold by PPS and effectively market these products to current and potential customers of PPS.

    • Strong ability to identify and network new leads

    • Customer-focused ability to service existing client base

    • Three years of proven sales experience

    • Computer skills for generating reports and tracking details

    • Strong resilience to keep pushing forward, even with things are tough

    • Develop and Manage Existing Customers (one connection per day, 5 days a week)

    • Develop and Manage Potential Customers (one presentation per day to a potential customer, 5 days a week)

    • Utilize PPS sponsored CRM program to effectively track progress with new and existing customers. o Weekly reporting of outreach, presentation, and new deal activities

    • Monthly sales meetings with Management to present sales activities and progress.

    • Develop an effective follow-up program involving phone calls, direct visits, nurture campaigns, emails, and the proper use of our CRM tools.

    • Regular participation in networking events, including sales referral groups, chamber events, etc.

    • Perform other duties as assigned by Management and/or necessary for the success of Outside Sales.

    • Commensurate with experience

    • Base salary plus performance-based commission

Graphic Designer

  • Location: Amarillo, TX

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Position Overview
    We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create effective print designs while preparing files accurately for production and mailing. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and able to develop personalized solutions for each client while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.  We love it when our designers are able to think outside of the box and aren’t afraid to try new ideas that elevate our company and our clients. customer needs and respond quickly and professionally, whether they have a request, a complaint, a referral, or any other business-related need. PPS sets itself apart from its competitors through speed and integrity of response. The rep must have a good grasp of all products sold by PPS and effectively market these products to current and potential customers of PPS.

    • Associate degree or higher in design or similar field

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)

    • Experience working in Mac OS

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

    • Ability to create customized design solutions based on client needs

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements

    • Ability to manage multiple jobs and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment

    • Solid understanding of print design, layout, bleed, margins, and color formats

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills

    • 1–3 years of graphic design experience preferred (print production environment is a plus)

      Physical or online portfolio to show experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience designing for print shops or print production workflows

    • Familiarity with direct mail formats and postal guidelines

    • Experience working with variable data or personalized print campaigns

    • Knowledgeable in variable data (knowledge of XMPie is a plus)

    • Experience in creating direct mail pieces

    •   Experience in Marketing/Brand development

    • Create and maintain a marketing schedule

    • Create marketing pieces (direct mail, flyers, postcards, signage, etc.)

    • Design print and direct mail materials such as postcards, flyers, brochures, letters, and marketing collateral

    • Develop creative solutions tailored to each client’s specific goals and messaging

    • Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork that meets production and postal requirements

    • Pre-press set up for incoming projects.  Set up files for print with bleed and crop marks

    • Attention to detail and knowledge of typography, layout, color and graphic design principles are critical

    •    Review and proof designs carefully to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency

    • Collaborate with clients and internal team members to refine designs and solve project challenges

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

    • Maintain organized project files and templates

    • Assist with prepress setup and production preparation when needed

    • Commensurate with experience

    • Starting at $18/hour (higher depending on experience)
